Women's Health Specialist Alona Ochert (TIDHA, Dipl ITEC, Dip Ref) is a qualified Essential Oil Therapist, Health Reflexologist , Preconceptual & Maternity Reflexology, Facial Reflexology & Zone Face Lift Practitioner. She has practised as a Health & Wellbeing Advisor for nearly 20 years.

In practise since 2004, Alona has worked at Neal's Yard Therapy Rooms and Triyoga in London and now runs her own practice The Orange Blossom Clinic in Woodbridge, Suffolk. 

 

Alona is Facial Reflexology Specialist, Natural Facelift / Zone Facelift Practitioner, Health Reflexologist, Fertility & Maternity Reflexologist (qualified antenatal educator).

 

She uniquely combines health reflexology with essential oil specialism, geothermal hot stone and Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage. She practises Gua Sha and Facial

Cupping Therapy as an effective addition to Facial Reflexology treatments.
